We actively engage with young people and apprentices to showcase the value of skilled trades.
From school visits to hands-on experience, we’re passionate about:
Earlier this year, Caleb spoke to a group of aspiring tradesmen who are a part of the Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) Cubby house program to share his experience and path as a plumbing and business owner.
The Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) Cubby House Program brings together local trades and students for a 10-day, hands-on construction project on the Central Coast. Fifteen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students worked alongside Novaskill trainers and industry professionals to plan, measure, and build a fully accessible cubby house, including cladding, barn door installation, and roof framing.
Caleb Gordon spoke with students about his pathway into the plumbing industry, sharing his experience starting an apprenticeship, building a business, and offering practical advice on apprenticeships and what employers look for in young tradespeople.
We’re always open to new opportunities to give back and support local causes. If your organisation or event aligns with our values, we’d love to connect and explore how we can work together to make a positive impact.
