We manage all excavation works as part of broader project scopes, including trench excavation for drainage and services, saw cutting, core drilling, backfilling, and full site reinstatement. All ground disturbance works are coordinated with structural engineers and relevant service authorities before a single shovel hits the ground, as per compliance requirements.
Every GPS-managed project begins with a safe, compliant site. We organise and install temporary fencing, hoarding, construction signage, and pedestrian management systems appropriate to the environment, whether it's an operating school, an active commercial facility, or a public space. At completion, all temporary infrastructure is removed, and the site is left clean, safe, and clear.
