Modular construction runs on precision manufacturing schedules. Once a building rolls off the factory floor, it gets transported to site the following day. There is no flexibility. There is no second chance to go back and finish the plumbing.
Gordon Plumbing Solutions operates within a strict one-day completion window for every modular building we work on. Every hydraulic service -hot water, cold water, drainage, fixtures, fittings, valves -must be fully installed, connected, tested, and signed off within a single working day, ready for transport the next morning.
This isn’t a job for a plumber who shows up when it suits them. This is high-performance trade work, executed with military precision, on a schedule that never moves.
Full hot and cold water reticulation, sanitary drainage, fixture installation, and valve commissioning -all completed within the factory environment to the required Australian Standards before the building leaves the floor.
All fixtures and fittings supplied, installed, and tested -from basins and toilets through to commercial sinks, hot water units, and specialised fittings required for the specific building application.
Every building NET Modular produces must meet the requirements of its end client -NSW Department of Education, NSW Health, or other government and commercial operators. GPS ensures every hydraulic installation is compliant, documented, and ready for the building's final certification on site.
